Good To Know Before It Arrives

The questions we hear most from pet parents getting ready to give their pup the coziest spot in the house.

How warm does it get?

You can choose from 3 heat settings on the controller: low (about 95°F / 35°C), medium (about 104°F / 40°C) and high (about 113°F / 45°C). It's a gentle, body-like warmth, never hot to the touch, and a colored light on the controller shows which setting is on.

Is it okay to leave it on overnight?

Yes. The built-in timer lets you pick 4, 8 or 12 hours, and the heat turns itself off when the time is up, so your pet stays warm through the night without you having to get up.

What if my dog chews on the cord?

The cord coming out of the house is wrapped in a flexible stainless-steel sleeve that helps protect it from chewing. For very determined chewers, we still recommend keeping the controller and plug out of reach.

Can I use it without the heat?

Absolutely. The heating pad zips out of the floor cushion, so the padded walls, quilted roof and soft cushion work as a cozy everyday house all year round. Just zip the pad back in when the cold weather returns.

What if my pet doesn't love it?

Every order comes with our 30-Day Guarantee. If it's not the right fit for your pet, just get in touch and we'll take care of it.
